MY STORY
My name is Jennifer Capra. I have been an educator and nurse with a passion for cooking and baking. In March of 2022 I decided to take a leap of faith and turn my passion into a business.
I believe in the value of homemade, handcrafted quality baked goods. Not only do they warm the home, but my products will definitely warm your heart. Our favorite time of day is when our first batch comes out of the oven early in the morning, and the fresh scent fills the entire home.
My gluten free baking journey began approximately 13 years ago out of necessity for a family member. My nephew, Dominic, at the age of 3 was found to have Gluten Intolerance. Cooking for children can be difficult and challenging with food allergies. Since then, several family members have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease and other food allergies. Over the years, through lots of trial and errors, I have created a wonderfully diverse menu of both sweet and savory items that my family and friends enjoy...and sometimes fight over.
Through word of mouth, craft fairs and farmer's markets we have developed enthusiastic followers throughout Northwestern Wisconsin. Local community establishments such as Peter & Annie's Coffee Shop Cafe in Cumberland, WI, offer my assorted gluten free cupcakes. We also entered into a wonderful partnership with Bona Casa Foods in Cumberland, WI, offering gluten free pizza crusts, breadsticks, and croutons.

I strive to make my goods as affordable as possible. I understand how hard it is with our economy to feed a family, let alone a family who has dietary restrictions or sensitivities. I am overwhelmed by the amount of gratitude shown to me as I travel to various cities in Northwest Wisconsin providing delicious, safe food.

In addition to my products being gluten free, many items are also dairy free. I enjoy the challenge of creating tasty treats and am willing to work with all dietary restrictions to create the best product for you!
